Buying a new home off the plans can be daunting, at Neilston Homes we want to make that process easy for you. Here are some commonly asked questions that might help you on your home-ownership journey.

When you have found that home you love, we ask you to put a $5,000 fully-refundable holding deposit down on the property. Upon receipt of this deposit we remove the home from sale to other prospective buyers so you can rest easy knowing we will not sell it to someone else.

Neilston Homes will draw up the contract for you within 2 business days. Upon receipt of the contract you have 5 working days to return the signed contract. The contract has finance and due diligence clauses in it, so if you choose not to go ahead with the purchase during this time you will still receive your deposit back.

When the contract goes unconditional you will be asked to pay a 10% deposit which will be held in our solicitor's trust account.

At Neilston Homes we like to keep you updated with the build progress. We send monthly updates once the build has started, so you will know what is happening throughout the build!
