The team behind Neilston Homes brings over 90 years of combined experience in the building industry.
Managing Director Tony Houston previously led the company that built the first home in Hobsonville Point and was instrumental in developing the Axis affordable terraced housing model.
Since then, Neilston Homes has focused on
central Auckland locations and has
delivered over 90 new homes in recent years.
Allan Shanahan of Shanahan Architects and Tony Houston have been friends since they were six years old, and business associates for over two decades. Allan’s team is responsible for the design of the Neilston homes – as well as more than 400 homes in Hobsonville Point.
Allan brings more than 30 years of on-the-job wisdom as an architect of standalone houses, terraced homes and apartments for group builders and individual owners.
